Meet Katie

As a working mom of two teens, I totally understand the need for ‘ me time–’ that little escape to relax, chill out and even vent a little.

I designed my salon suite with that in mind, creating a cozy space where you can kick back, relax and leave feeling uplifted, refreshed and energized.

My journey began when I left my small hometown of Libby, MT to chase my hair dreams in the bustling city of Seattle, WA at Gene Juarez Academy of Beauty. Almost thirty years later, I am still just as in love with what I do, and I love learning, taking classes yearly to improve my skills in grey coverage, color and highlights.

My role as your stylist, is to achieve your hair goals that reflect your unique style and lifestyle while keeping your hair healthy a top priority.

We will begin with a detailed consultation to discuss your hair history, preferences while looking at inspiration photos and color swatches together.

I will regularly check in to make sure we are on track with your hair goals and you are enjoying your look.

When I am not focused on your hair, I love relishing Montana summers.
Especially sipping coffee on my patio with a good book, and who can resist a fun lake day.
During the rest of the year, you’ll find me cozying up with a fuzzy blanket, sipping coffee, while searching for new recipes.
Cooking, baking and meal planning are some of my favorite things to do.
